A new season at Walt Disney World means new churro flavors. Magic Kingdom is now serving Christmas Cookie Churros on Main Street, U.S.A.
Christmas Cookie Churro – $7.25
Churro served with marshmallow cream, cookie crumbles, and Christmas sprinkles
It’s beginning to taste a lot like Christmas! The churro we tried in Magic Kingdom was a typical Disney churro (i.e., cinnamon sugar). The one that we had was a little stale, but maybe we just received a dud.
The chocolate chip cookie pieces were fantastic, and the marshmallow cream was extremely smooth and sweet. The festive and colorful sprinkles added a nice crunch and a bit of holiday flair to the churro. This was like an upgraded version of the Some Churros Are Worth Melting For treat from years past.
Overall, this is a wonderful holiday themed snack. It’s big enough to share (or not!), not too expensive (as far as Disney snacks are concerned), and right up the holiday alley for adults and children alike. It’s a portable snack, perfect for nibbling on as you walk around Magic Kingdom or watch the parade.
We would get this again, though we wish we had a glass of milk to go with it. If you like churros and marshmallows, this might be the perfect Magic Kingdom holiday snack.
The Christmas Cookie Churro is available during regular park hours and during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party from November 8 through December 31.
