Have you ever been to Avengers Campus?

It’s the newest land in Disney California Adventure and it’s the perfect spot for any Marvel fan! You get to step into the world of the Avengers and meet new characters, ride with the Guardians of the Galaxy, and eat food the size of your face! But if you were hoping to go on the Spider-Man attraction, you might be out of luck.

If you’re visiting Disney California Adventure in January, you won’t be able to ride one of the newest rides in the park — WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure. According to the Disneyland calendar, the ride will be closed for refurbishment starting on January 9th.

Currently the calendar only goes through January 11th, so it’s unclear when the popular ride will reopen. We’ll be on the lookout for a reopening date!

WEB SLINGERS isn’t just an ordinary ride — you fight Spider Bots that have escaped alongside Spider-Man himself! You’ll throw webs just like Spidey and at the end you’ll get a score to see how you did. It’s a fun and interactive ride!

At the 2022 D23 Expo, Disney announced that Avengers Campus would be getting a big expansion and a new attraction! We can’t wait to get more details about the expansion — take a look at what has been announced so far!
