The EPCOT Festival of the Holidays is HERE.
We’ve been making our way through all of the Festival booths, checking out the merchandise, and exploring EVERYTHING the Festival has to offer. But for now, we’re heading to the Tuscany Holiday Kitchen by the Italy pavilion to grab some NEW dishes!
Menu
This year, Tuscany Holiday Kitchen is serving up a bunch of NEW eats. In fact, all 3 food items are NEW, but all of the drinks are returning.
Let’s dive into this booth to see whether any of those new items will become MUST gets.
Eats
Up first we have the NEW Tortellini in Brodo. This is a five-cheese tortellini with house-made aromatic winter truffle broth and chives. It’s priced at $9.50.
This dish was, unfortunately disappointing. We were expecting more from it and it just didn’t deliver. Now, that doesn’t mean that the dish is BAD. It’s just…okay.
Let’s just say we were thankful that there was cheese in this. Unfortunately, the sauce included just didn’t really do anything for the tortellini. It really didn’t add any strong flavors to the dish. Instead, it tasted more like tortellini in a water/oil mixture.

But enough about how you get your salmon. Let’s talk about how the salmon tastes. The salmon tartare itself was fine but didn’t really “wow” us. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t anything particularly special or amazing. It was another “miss” for us at this booth.
The last new dish is the Panettone. This is Panettone bread pudding and vanilla cream, priced at $7. We saw a Panettone back in 2017, but it had different flavors (it was a Panettone mignon — described as a miniature traditional Italian Christmas fruit cake).

And that wraps up the eats portion of this booth, but there are drinks to check out too!
Drinks
The drinks here include some basics, like Prosecco for $11.50, and Moscato for $12. You’ll also find a Banfi Rosa Regale for $12, and Italian Sangria Red or White for $12.
There’s also an Italian Margarita with tequila and limoncello ($12), which has been a BEST of the Fest pick for us in the past. The drink is usually incredibly refreshing, which we love. But be warned, the drink is VERY tart — so you may want to skip it if that’s not exactly your jam.
Finally, you can grab a Peroni Pilsner here for $6.50 for 6 oz and $11 for 12 oz.
Overall
Overall, Tuscany Holiday Kitchen has come back with returning drinks (including a big favorite — that Italian Margarita) and ALL NEW eats. The Tortellini and Salmone, however, disappointed us. The real winner here was that Panettone bread pudding.
So if you want to pick that up with the Italian Margarita you can at least grab a tasty drink with a sweet treat. Back in 2021, the booth is one we said was “most improved,” but sadly we can’t exactly say the same about this year’s menu.
