Happy holidays, DFB readers!
We’ve been in the parks this week bringing you updates on crowds from the parks and Disney Springs, and no surprise here — it’s REAL busy! On top of that, freezing temperatures are coming to Orlando for the holiday weekend so bundle up if you’re headed to the parks. But what are the wait times like during one of the busiest times of year? Let’s find out!
We’re going to take you through the average wait times at each Disney World ride so that you can plan which lines you would wait for or determine if you want to buy Genie+. The skip-the-line service has been at $25 per person per day this week, however the prices do fluctuate by day.
To use Genie+, go into the My Disney Experience app where you’ll be able to choose Lightning Lane times for available rides. Once you have a Lightning Lane booked, you will be able to go through an expedited line during the hour window you booked. This service can add up depending on how many people are in your party, but it can be worth it during busy times like now!
So without further ado, let’s take a look at the average wait times during one of the busiest weeks of the year.
