On a recent visit to Disney’s BoardWalk Inn Resort, we noticed Cast Members cleaning up the new seating area across from the upcoming Carousel Coffee quick service location. Carousel Coffee will be open to guests on Wednesday, December 28.

The new seating area has a sterile appearance, with white paneled wainscoting covering three-fourths of the walls and the upper quarter painted in a soft mint green color. The ceiling is divided into two by a white beam and finished off with white crown molding.

The seating area features round cocktail tables, each surrounded by three tub-style chairs. There is also a white trash can receptacle adorned with white bead board and the logo of Disney’s BoardWalk Resort carved into the front.

It matches the style of the newly refurbished Belle Vue Lounge.

The intimate seating area has seven tables and can accommodate 21 guests. The walls have been left unadorned, but may have artwork or wall decorations sometime in the future.

The comfy chairs are covered in dark teal vinyl and feature dark brown wooden legs and a matching woven backing.

The table tops are made from an easy-to-clean material with a terrazzo-like design.

The lighting fixtures, which seem a bit small for the space, have a Victorian feel with brass lace decorative elements.
