Is there any better place to be to celebrate New Year’s Eve than in Disney World?

Sure, it’s a bit busy, but there’s SO much going on for New Year’s Eve and Disney knows how to throw a good party. There are also a TON of New Year’s snacks to enjoy, and we’re trying them all, including a sweet treat at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

So come on over to Flame Tree Barbecue to join us in trying a VERY limited-time snack, the returning New Year’s Cupcake. This cupcake is SO exclusive that it’s only available today and tomorrow! It’s a Chocolate Cake with Cherry Filling, Amaretto-Flavored Frosting, Chocolate pearls, and a Chocolate 2023 Shield. It also looks WILD.

Let’s talk about how it tastes, though. The cupcake was very moist and wasn’t SUPER heavy with the chocolate flavors. The amaretto frosting was delicious but, y’all, IT WAS SO SWEET it made our teeth ache. It’s also pretty big, so because of that sweetness and its size, you might want to bring a friend along to help you eat it.

However, the cherry inside, paired with the chocolate cupcake, was ON POINT. If that’s a flavor combo you love, be sure to pick this snack up.

You also get a really nice crunch from the pearls.
