The EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays is such a fun time to visit Disney World, and the Holiday Cookie Stroll is one of our favorite ways to eat our way around the festival booths. This year, Disney released a NEW cookie for the stroll, and now you can make this tasty treat at HOME!
The Alfajores is a popular new vanilla shortbread cookie from the Nochebuena Cocina booth Disney released the recipe! We can’t wait to roll up our sleeves and get baking…
If you’re a fan of shortbread and dulche de leche, you are going to LOVE these super easy-to-make cookies! It makes 6-8 Alfajores, so keep that in mind if you need to scale up the recipe!
