If you haven’t already started planning your 2023 trip to Disney World, what are you waiting for?!
Now is the perfect time to start — Disney just released new discounts for next year, and we’ll (hopefully) see not one but TWO new attractions finally open as well. But, just because this year is almost over doesn’t mean Disney is done bringing new things to the parks right now — so let’s take a look at what’s new at Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
Hollywood Studios Food Updates
Fairfax Fare
If you’re looking for a tasty snack on the go in Hollywood Studios, head over to Fairfax Fare to try one of their new waffle bowls! There are four different options — buffalo chicken, barbecued beef brisket, Korean barbecue pork belly, and plant-based soba noodle bowl.
We thought these were fun and delicious snacks to boot — each one was flavorful and pretty filling! You can check out our full reviews of each one below.

Hollywood Studios Gelato Cart
There’s a new Gelato Cart in Hollywood Studios! It’s over in the Muppets Courtyard and has a decent selection of different flavors.
We tried the new gelato cart, and you can check out our review below!

Hollywood Studios Construction Updates
Woody’s Roundup Rodeo BBQ
We saw some exciting new decor elements pop up at Woody’s Roundup Rodeo BBQ over the weekend — there are little (okay, they’re pretty big when you think about it) toothpick flags with stars on them!
This table-service barbecue restaurant is supposed to open by the end of this year, and we’re not-so-patiently waiting.
