We’ve all got our favorite Disney snacks and maybe even our favorite EPCOT festival eats, but why not go BEYOND your comfort zone? Why not try something NEW? Like duck? Or meatloaf?
The 2023 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts has kicked off and will be sticking around until February 20th, 2023. We’ve already shared the full menus for ALL of the Festival booths, a complete list of the concerts you’ll be able to catch, and MORE. But now we’re going on a food adventure to a returning booth that is PACKED with new eats. Will The Artist’s Table be a new must-visit spot for you or a total skip? Let’s find out together!
Menu
Over at The Artist’s Table, you’ll find 3 food items and quite a few beverages. All 3 of the food items (which include meatloaf, duck and dumplings, and a hummingbird cake) are NEW and 3 of the drinks are brand new too!
Now that we’ve taken a brief look at the menu, let’s fully dive into the details of this spot.
Eats
First up, we grabbed the Three-Meat Meatloaf with “Peas and Carrots”. Again, this is a NEW item. It’s made with Green pea pudding, carrot ketchup, shaved carrot salad, and snap peas, and is priced at $6.50.
There was SO much flavor going on in this dish. Our reporter who tried this doesn’t even particularly like meatloaf, but actually enjoyed this! The carrot ketchup reminds us of the carrot purée from over in Morocco. The potato cube that was served with it was like an au gratin potato stack — it was rich and the potatoes were tender.

Next up, it was time for the Duck and Dumplings. This is made with Smoked duck breast, ricotta dumplings, petite vegetables, and duck jus. It’s another new dish and is priced at $7.
The duck had a really great smokiness to it that gave it a nice flavor, but we did find it to be a little on the chewy side. We loooooooved the dumpling, though! It was soft and chewy and also had that smoky flavor we tasted in the duck. We enjoyed this, but the meatloaf was definitely better in our opinion.

Finally, it was time for dessert so we tried the NEW Hummingbird Cake. This is made with a Banana cake with pineapple, coconut, pecans, and cream cheese frosting with banana sorbet, and is priced at $4.75. Considering the fact that we’ve already had some seriously delicious Hummingbird Cake at Homecomin’ in Disney Springs, this little dessert was up against some steep competition in Disney World.
This might be a contender for Best of the Fest this year! It’s a little on the sweeter side, but it’s. So. Dang. Good. The pineapple tasted like it had some sort of brown sugar element to it, and the fruit itself tasted fresh. This was a lighter, fluffy cake as well. The sorbet did melt a little quickly, so keep that in mind before ordering this dessert!

And that’s a full look at the food from this booth! Now, let’s hop to the drinks.
Drinks
In terms of drinks at this menu, you’ll find a variety. We’ll start with the new items — we actually grabbed 3 of the new beers with a beer flight priced at $10. New to the menu is the Boulevard Brewing Co. Tank 7 Farmhouse Ale. Again, we got it through the beer flight but if you want to try it on its own the prices are as follows: 6oz — $5.50, 12oz — $9.50. This was a light, refreshing ale that would probably be great for a hot day in Florida!
Also new to the menu is the Parish Brewing Co. South Coast Session Amber Ale. This was the lightest of the three beers we tried, and it was a nice amber ale though maybe on the syrupy side. The final new beer is the Brewery Ommegang Three Philosophers Belgian Quad. This was a bit heavier and definitely tasted a lot more like hops than the amber ale we tried.
But wait…there’s MORE! You can get a non-alcoholic drink flight with the Sipping Chocolate Flight! This is $9 and comes with white, milk, and dark chocolates. Or you can take things to the next level and get the Symphony in Chocolate Flight which is alcoholic. That flight is $13.50 and comes with Mozart Chocolate Liqueurs paired with the sipping chocolates.
The sipping chocolates actually made our Best of the Fest list back in 2020 so we were excited to see them return! If you’re a chocolate fan, these are a MUST try.
Also available at this booth is the Lange Estate Winery Pinot Noir, a returning wine priced at $7.50.
OVERALL
Overall, if you’re looking to challenge yourself and not simply go for the same eats you get every single trip to the EPCOT Festival of the Arts, this is a good booth to start with! With 3 new drinks and 3 new eats, you’ll have a decent amount of new things to pick from — as well as some returning classics like those sipping chocolates!
