We are so close to the opening of Roundup Rodeo BBQ! The journey to its debut hasn’t been particularly smooth, though.

The restaurant was originally set to open in 2022, but Disney then made an announcement in the middle of December 2022 that it would be open in spring of 2023. Now, we’ve got an official opening date and a FULL look at the menu, but we’ve also got another piece of critical information you need to know before eating at this restaurant.
Roundup Rodeo BBQ is a NEW table service restaurant coming to Toy Story Land in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The restaurant will open on March 23rd, 2023, and feature a family-style menu with salads, house-smoked meats, desserts, and more.

But there’s one key thing you need to know before eating here. Disney has specifically said to check back on their website for details on when to start booking reservations for this restaurant. That reveals something important — Roundup Rodeo BBQ will be accepting reservations and likely those reservations will be highly recommended for your visit.

Since the restaurant’s opening has already been delayed, we expect many could be eagerly waiting for the chance to snatch up that reservation to eat here. Couple that with the fact that it is a brand NEW restaurant, is themed to a popular Pixar movie, and is coming to a land where a table service restaurant doesn’t currently exist, and you’ve got a recipe for one popular spot!
In other words, reservations for Roundup Rodeo BBQ could fill up quickly and be hard to get. We’ll keep an eye out for just when those reservations will become available, so stay tuned.
