Happy Lunar New Year! It’s the Year of the Rabbit!

Over in Disneyland, we’re celebrating at the Disney California Adventure Lunar New Year Festival. We’ve checked out all the merchandise, but more importantly, we’re checking out ALL THE FOOD BOOTHS. However, some of Disneyland’s regular dining spots have some special foods to celebrate, too. So let’s head over to one of them right now: Pacific  Wharf Cafe.

There’s one new Lunar New Year item at Pacific Wharf Cafe: a sweet treat!

So let’s order this baby up (and it’s available on Mobile Order) and try it out!

Eats

You know we love a good sweet treat here at DFB, and the White Chocolate Apple Bread Pudding sounds like it’ll be no different! Granny Smith Apples and white chocolate with crème anglaise and whipped topping come together with this dessert you can get for $6.49.

We were expecting a pretty decent apple-y dessert, but man were we blown away by this! The Granny Smith Apples on top were the perfect amount of sweet and tart. The bread pudding itself was moist but not too soggy. We didn’t get too much of the white chocolate flavor, but we didn’t find ourselves missing it.

This is definitely more on the apple side, so if you’re expecting a lot of chocolate here you might be disappointed!

Stop by Pacific Wharf Cafe during the Lunar New Year Festival to try this delicious sweet treat. It was a great portion size for the price, and not too sweet by Disney treat standards!
