Some scaffolding has been removed during the construction of Summer House on the Lake at Disney Springs. The new restaurant was announced in summer 2022, taking over the space formerly planned for Beatrix, and is scheduled to open this year.
More steel has been added to this section of the restaurant’s structure, forming clearly defined corners.
No concrete or paneling has been added to this area yet, leaving the supports bare.
Concrete walls do extend from the steel structure towards the west, though.
Previously, this concrete wall was surrounded by scaffolding, but it’s all gone now.
Summer House on the Lake will be on the West Side of Disney Springs, near the AMC. The completed exterior will be gray and white, with vine-covered walls and planters.
The interior will also be white, with wicker chairs.
Summer House on the Lake is a spin-off of the popular Chicago and North Bethesda, MD restaurant Summer House Santa Monica by Lettuce Entertain You.
