Cookie butter fans, you’re going to want to RUN to Gideon’s Bakehouse. There are THREE new treats available — a cookie, slice of cake, and cold brew.

Salt & Straw
A new month means NEW treats at Salt & Straw, too. There are two new dairy-free flavors this time around — we tried the Bananas Foster flavor and the Toasted Oat Milk & Cookies flavor.
New year, new menu items!

Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew
If your New Year’s Resolution includes drinking more coffee, we’ve got great news for you! There’s a new Resolution Cold Brew available at Everglazed! This drink is a sweeter take on the classic cold brew — on-tap cold brew is tampered by the addition of white chocolate, vanilla, and hazelnut flavoring in this new menu item for 2023. You can grab it for $8.

We tried out this drink today and the combination of flavorings bring down the bitterness you sometimes taste in cold brew coffee. Despite this, we didn’t really taste any of the white chocolate or hazelnut. It pretty much was like drinking a vanilla cold brew! Check out our full review below.

Disney Springs Construction Updates
The newest restaurant coming to Disney Springs — Summer House on the Lake — will be opening in 2023! We’ve been keeping up with the progress, and it looks like a wall has been erected and more structural beams have gone up.
