Welcome to February, where we’re eating a ton of new foods! This might be one of our favorite months EVER!

Not only are we getting to try all the Celebrate Soulfully snacks, but we’re also getting to try all the Valentine’s Day treats, and we are EXCITED! So join us over at Disney’s BoardWalk for what could be the best Valentine’s Day snack we’ve had so far!

Okay, we’re just going to tell you what this snack is. It’s a Strawberry Cheesecake Brownie. It’s strawberry cheesecake with chocolate cream and crisp pink pearls on a fudgy brownie. Now take a look at it! It’s SO PRETTY!

Sure, we’ll snap a ton of photos of this gorgeous thing, but we think how it tastes is even more important. Well, let’s just say, this beauty is as gorgeous on the inside as it is on the outside. You’ve got this rich chocolate fudgy and gooey brownie. YUM. 

You’ve also got strawberry cheesecake that is light, tart, and the PERFECT companion to the brownie. The chocolate cream on top has a whipped consistency and also works REALLY well, while the pearls add a nice crunch.

The hearts on top were white chocolate, but this doesn’t taste like your average white chocolate — our reporter isn’t a fan of white chocolate but thought this tasted better than what you normally get with decorative pieces.
