Last month we saw encouraging reports regarding Jeremy Renner (“Hawkeye”), stating that he was “crushing all his progress goals” following his snowplow accident. Today Renner shared a video of an electrical muscle stimulation rehabilitation workout via social media.
“Electric stimulation workout and muscle strength,” Renner captioned his video with “Lady Madonna” by The Beatles playing. The video shows electrodes connected to his leg and sending impulses causing Renner’s muscles to contract and release. He posted the clip to his Instagram story.
Renner was in an accident involving his large snowplow vehicle, also known as a snowcat, on New Year’s Day. He was airlifted to a hospital following blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries, breaking at least 30 different bones.
Renner’s newest venture, “RENNERVATIONS,” is set to debut on Disney+ sometime this year. He is executive producing the show, along with Rory Millikin, Romilda De Luca, Andrew Fried, Dane Lillegard, Sarina Roma, and Patrick Costello.
We are thrilled to see that Jeremy Renner is on the path to recovery.
