We may not have Matterhorn Bobsleds at Walt Disney World, but we can still dress up like we’re visiting the Alps. A new Matterhorn-inspired shirt is now available at Disney Springs to match the previously released dress.
Matterhorn Shirt – $64.99
The shirt is a green knit, with six white stripes running down the front. It has a v-shaped neck with an open collar, but it’s not a button-up.
A mountaineer is silhouetted on the chest climbing up one of the stripes.
The Yeti is peeking out from behind another stripe near the sleeve.
The stripes themselves are decorated with red, green, and blue Swiss-inspired patterns.
The shirt is short-sleeved, so it would still be comfortable to wear in the Florida or California sun.
This was in Tren-D at Disney Springs.
Both the Matterhorn dress and shirt are also available at Disneyland. Guests can experience the Matterhorn Bobsleds every day at Disneyland, having just reopened from refurbishment in October. The classic (and spine-adjusting) coaster opened back in 1959, in spite of what Disney themselves may think, as the first tubular steel coaster in the world.
