A fan-favorite restaurant at Disney World is returning this spring — with an all-new menu!

Narcoossee’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa will welcome guests once more in a fresh, reimagined space that incorporates the concept of “land and sea.”

Narcoossee’s is set to open on April 1st, 2023 (reservations open on March 1st), and with a fresh, new space comes a fresh, new menu! Let’s take a look at some of the new offerings that will be available to guests starting this spring.

While Narcoossee’s Bisque has been a fan-favorite on the menu for years, it will return with an “enhanced tableside presentation.”

Speaking of starters, the Beef and Ricotta Tortelloni will debut as an appetizer, featuring brown butter, parsnip puree, and sultana raisins.

Charcuterie, anyone? The Ocean-Inspired Charcuterie Board will feature ahi tuna pastrami, charred octopus, and house-made sausage from the sea. According to Disney, this plate is “a true collaboration, with each component representing the style of a different chef on the Narcoossee’s team.”

As far as main courses go, we can expect the Blackened Redfish, Roasted Vegetable Paella, Dry-Aged Pork Ribeye Chop, Plancha-seared Scallops, Parisian Gnocchi, and the classic Surf and Turf — to name a few!

And of course, no meal is complete without a sweet treat. The dessert menu will include Almond-crusted Cheesecake, Berry Pavlova, and Pineapple Bavarois. Yum!
