Can You Order Disney Popcorn Buckets Online?

Disney parks have many iconic snacks, including Mickey Premium Bars, DOLE Whip swirls, and the infamous turkey legs. One snack also doubles as one of Disney’s most long-lasting in-park souvenirs: the popcorn bucket!

Magic Kingdom Premium Popcorn Bucket

You can pick from many different flavors of the freshly popped snack. This includes the classic butter flavor as well as more adventurous options, like the seasonal Holiday Festive Popcorn and otherworldly Blueberry Almond Popcorn from Pandora.

When it comes to the buckets themselves they’re more than just a vessel for your snack. Disney’s popcorn buckets come in a variety of shapes, from the classic bucket to replicas of Disney characters, rides, and more. Many guests love to collect them and rush to grab the newest design as soon as it is released. These souvenirs become particularly difficult to get your hands on when the latest release is for a specific event, like the 100th Anniversary celebrations.

Every Single🍿Popcorn Bucket🍿You Can Get in Disney World Right Now!

Disney100 Magic Key Refillable Popcorn Bucket

While you cannot order Disney popcorn buckets online through a website, you can save time by ordering through an app when you’re at the parks. Disney introduced Mobile Order into their parks as a way to give guests an additional way to skip the line when purchasing food. Instead of waiting in line, you can order and pay through your My Disney Experience App! When ordering through the app you’ll also select an arrival window to return to the food service location to pick up your order. Once you return during that window of time, you can let them know you’ve arrived through the app and they’ll prepare it fresh for you. You’ll get a notification to come and pick it up from the Mobile Order window or counter when it’s ready!

Mobile Order Sign

Mobile Order was initially used just for dining locations to alleviate some of the crowding. However, some particularly challenging popcorn bucket releases eventually led to them incorporating Mobile Ordering into the sales of these items. If you weren’t around for The Saga of The Figment Popcorn Bucket, you missed a chaotic moment in EPCOT history! During the 2022 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, Disney released a Figment Popcorn Bucket. Figment himself is already a cult favorite, so when word got out that a new popcorn bucket inspired by the purple dragon was coming to the park people went HAM. Despite limiting each individual to a purchase of just two buckets, the wait for this item reached up to six hours, and buckets were being resold online for hundreds of dollars.

The line stretched throughout the park

The unprecedented popularity of these items led Disney to creating a Mobile Order option for upcoming releases of popcorn buckets, sippers, and other items they believed would have high demand. Even after the Figment Fiasco, we still saw certain designs sell out quickly, including the Mr. Toad Popcorn Bucket, the Sam Eagle Sipper, and the Mickey Balloon Premium Popcorn Bucket.

Mr. Toad Popcorn Bucket

Never used the app to order before? Mobile Ordering is fairly simple! On your My Disney Experience App you can check the Mobile Order section to find the specific souvenir release you’re looking for.

If there are arrival windows open, you’ll be able to select from the available times.

©Disney

Once you select a time and checkout, you’ll receive confirmation of your purchase and arrival window. When it’s time to collect your popcorn bucket you’ll head over to the designated pickup area to go and claim it!

©Disney

Even with the new Mobile Ordering option it can still be a bit of a lottery when it comes to snagging one of these coveted items. If you really have your heart set on a specific collectible be sure to hop on your My Disney Experience App as soon as Mobile Order opens for the day you’ll be in the park for your best chance to grab a return window.

As times change at Disney, it can be confusing trying to navigate the parks. That’s why you can rely on DFB to keep you up to date on all of the construction, closures, and more at Disney World. Stay tuned to our site for more, and check out the video below for more Disney vacation tips!

Your Jaw Will DROP at Disney’s Latest Announcement! 😱

Okay, Marvel fans, brace yourself because we’ve got some pretty big news to share with you.

Captain America

We’re sure you’re probably already aware of the HUGE Marvel representation in Disneyland, especially at Disney California Adventure’s Avengers Campus. Maybe you’ve even been there to meet your favorite Marvel superhero. Well, a certain movie musical seen in the Hawkeye series on Disney+ will soon be heading that way — FOR REAL.

Rogers: The Musical is a fictional Broadway musical we first saw in the Hawkeye Disney+ series. The musical tells the story of the first Captain America, Steve Rogers. If you saw it, you’re probably STILL singing “I Can Do This All Day.” Well, that fake musical is about to become real — at Disney California Adventure. Disney Parks JUST teased its debut.

The real Rogers: The Musical will be a one-act show available for a limited time at Disney California Adventure. Disney has not released an opening date for the show yet — just that it’ll debut sometime this summer — but we’re definitely going to be keeping an eye on it because we’ve been waiting for this FOREVER.

©Disney

In the meantime, you can enjoy a variety of other Marvel-themed entertainment, characters, food, and more at Avengers Campus. Speaking of food, you should read our review of the Ant-Man-inspired restaurant we ate at there! We’ll let you know about any other big Marvel news that Disney announces, so stay tuned to DFB for more!

DON’T SKIP These Returning Eats at the 2023 EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival

We’ve got some exciting festival news!

Flower and Garden Festival

The 2023 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is right around the corner — and we now know the full menus of all the food booths! The 2022 Festival brought us some amazing food and drinks that ended up on our Best of the Fest list, and a few of our favorites are returning. Come take a look at some of the food we can’t WAIT to have again.

BRUNCHCOT

This year, the Flower & Garden Festival is getting a brand new booth — BRUNCHCOT. This booth is taking the place of last year’s Sunshine Griddle, which won our best BOOTH of the 2022 Festival. Fortunately, some of the best options are returning, like the Shrimp and Grits.

Shrimp and Grits

These were surprisingly flavorful! They are made with blackened shrimp and cheddar cheese grits with brown gravy and sweet corn salsa.

Also returning this year is the Avocado Toast, a plant-based option with a ton of flavor.

Avocado Toast with marinated toybox tomatoes on toasted ciabatta

This Avocado Toast with marinated toybox tomatoes on toasted ciabatta wasn’t just tasty, it was BEAUTIFUL, and we can’t wait to get this one again.

For something sweet, you can’t miss these Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites.

Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites with cream cheese frosting and candied bacon

They are topped with cream cheese frosting and candied bacon were deliciously sweet with a gooey cinnamon center and we loved them.

Northern Bloom

At Northern Bloom, the booth in the Canada Pavilion, another one of our favorites is returning — the Seared Scallops.

Seared Scallops

These scallops are served with French green beans, butter potatoes, brown butter vinaigrette, and Nueske’s Applewood-smoked Bacon, and the dish is gluten-free. When we’ve had these in the past, the scallops were perfectly cooked and DELICIOUS.

Fleur de Lys

In the France Pavilion, Fleur de Lys is bringing back their amazing Beignet Caramélisé, Fourré Crème Vanille, Glacé au Caramel Fleur de Sel.

Caramelized Beignet filled with Vanilla Cream and Glazed with Caramel Fleur de Sel

This is a caramelized beignet filled with vanilla cream and glazed with caramel fleur de sel — basically, a tasty, sweet, fried dough treat that we’ll be sure to get again. It was thick and airy at the same time with the perfect crystallized caramel glaze on top.

The Citrus Blossom

Another favorite returning to this year’s fest is the Orange-Lemon Smoothie in a Souvenir Orange Bird Sipper Cup, available at The Citrus Blossom.

Orange Bird Sipper and Orange Lemon Smoothie 2022

This non-alcoholic smoothie was delicious on its own — but you also get an adorable Orange Bird Sipper to go with it (note that this year’s Orange Bird sipper looks a little different from the 2022 version)!

Bauernmarkt: Farmers Market

Over in the Germany Pavilion, Bauernmarkt is bringing back their tasty Stiegl Brewery Raspberry Radler.

Beer Flight

We thought this was a light and fruity brew that was perfect for a sunny Florida day.

Refreshment Outpost

While it was at Refreshment Port last year, the Lavender Martini is returning — just at Refreshment Outpost!

Lavender Martini

This is a delicious cocktail made with Boyd & Blair Potato Vodka, Lavender, and Lemon. It was a nice floral cocktail that was perfect for Florida day in the spring!

Pineapple Promenade

Over at Pineapple Promenade, the Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade is returning!

Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade

This non-alcoholic lemonade has made our best of the fest list multiple years, so you know we’re excited it’ll be back this year. It’s another floral beverage that was made for this festival.

La Isla Fresca

Lastly, don’t miss this perfect dessert at La Isla Fresca. The Coconut Tres Leches is a Vanilla cake soaked in oat milk, almond milk, and coconut milk with toasted coconut.

Coconut Tres Leches

This is a PLANT-BASED Tres Leches and it was SO GOOD. If you like coconut, so have to try it!
