Toy Story Fans HAVE to See This Airbnb!

Toy Story fans have a LOT to look forward to!

Slinky Dog Dash

Toy Story sequel film was recently announced, plus we’ve seen some epic Toy Story shoes at Walmart, and a NEW Toy Story-themed restaurant will be opening soon at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. But this next experience is one Toy Story fans can enjoy without going to any Disney park!

If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to live INSIDE of a Toy Story-themed house, look no further than theToy Story Experience’ Airbnb!

©Airbnb

The Toy Story Experience’ Airbnb comes from My Experience Matters and it works to transport guests right into the Toy Story movie franchise!

©Airbnb

This Airbnb is located in El Paso, TX, and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.  The Airbnb listing states that it accommodates 8 guests and nearly every corner of the house is themed to various parts of the Toy Story franchise (even down to an area dedicated to Pizza Planet!).

Let’s start in the living room. It’s got a GIANT Toy Story sign in the middle with seating spread throughout the space. Looks like there is even a huge etch-a-sketch-themed frame atop the fireplace — what a unique touch.

©Airbnb

There’s a dining room table in the space too, so you can enjoy meals with the gang. And you’ll spot some characters on the walls in the background.

©Airbnb

In the kitchen, there are more Toy Story touches, like a framed photo of Hamm…

©Airbnb

…and even an image of Forky!

©Airbnb

You’ll find some cowboy hats hanging around the space too (above the doors)!

©Airbnb

Here’s another view of the living space. In the back, you can see there’s a wall with those signature three eyeballs of the green aliens.

©Airbnb

Look closely and you’ll find Buzz Lightyear nearby!

©Airbnb

Now, let’s tackle the rooms. One room has a GIANT image of Woody on one of the walls…

©Airbnb

…but more subtle details in the rest of the space, like some toys displayed on the wall.

©Airbnb

Another room is painted in that signature wallpaper fans will recognize from Andy’s room in the movie! Plus, it looks like there are some Toy Story posters and other details.

©Airbnb

Even some of the bathrooms are themed with Toy Story posters and a Toy Story curtain.

©Airbnb

And there’s a hallway with Pizza Planet decor fans will definitely want to check out!

©Airbnb

This nostalgic stay costs around $129 a night though that can vary, depending on the season!

Every Disney World Buffet Ranked From BEST to WORST

When it comes to buffets, your experience can either be really good, or really bad. Usually, there’s no in between. Whether you can’t get over how amazing the food was, or you can’t get over how bad the stomach ache was, there’s a lot of talk about buffets — especially at Disney!

You’ll find many a Mickey Waffle at Disney World breakfast buffets!

The good thing about Disney buffets is that some of them actually rank pretty high in our list of favorite restaurants at Disney in general! Yes, they’re that good! To save you some time (and some disappointment) we decided to rank every buffet in Disney World!

Without further adieu, here is every buffet-style restaurant at Disney World ranked from best to worst — according to the DFB team. (You can trust us! We’ve tried them all!)

1. Boma

Boma – Flavors of Africa is tucked into Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge and features a full buffet inspired by African cuisine. Here, you can enjoy an all-you-care-to-enjoy breakfast or dinner. From pap for breakfast to the zebra dome cake for an after-dinner dessert, you can’t go wrong with Boma! The food is amazing if you love African-inspired cuisine and are feeling adventurous.

Boma

2. Tusker House

Tusker House is located in Disney’s Animal Kingdom and features an array of both American and African cuisine — perfect for the whole family. Plus, there are character breakfasts! You can say hello to Mickey and the gang as they come back from their Safari adventure — dressed in their gear, of course! The food here is great, and the character dining here is one of Disney’s most well-kept secrets!

Tusker House

3. Biergarten

Biergarten is a family-style buffet and dinner-show located in EPCOT’s Germany Pavilion. You can enjoy a wide variety of German-inspired cuisine such as bratwurst, spaetzle, potato salad, and of course — beer! You can never go wrong with dinner and a show. The food is delicious, and the food is excellent as well.

Seating

4. Cape May Cafe

Cape May Cafe is located just a short walk from EPCOT at Disney’s Beach Club Resort. Guests can enjoy a taste of New England-inspired cuisine, and at breakfast time, can meet Minnie and her friends all dressed up for a day at the beach! The variety of food is perfect for those who love seafood and those who’d rather eat something from the mainland. Not only is this one of our favorite restaurants for theming purposes, but the food is great, too!

Cape May Cafe

5. The Crystal Palace

Sorry dads, no football here. This buffet-style restaurant featuring our friends from the Hundred Acre Woods was built to resemble England’s Crystal Palace, built in Hyde Park for the Great Exhibition of 1851. Here, guests can meet Winnie the Pooh and his friends while enjoying classic American cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Oh, and did we mention that it’s located in Magic Kingdom? Perfect for a day spent at the parks! The convenience of this restaurant is one of our favorite things about it, plus the food is actually pretty good!

Crystal Palace

6. Hollywood and Vine

Located in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Hollywood and Vine offers guests great American cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For breakfast, you can party with Disney Junior characters like Doc McStuffins, Fancy Nancy, and more! For lunch and dinner, you can enjoy seasonally-themed meet-and-greets with Minnie Mouse and the gang. The theming and variety of characters is the best part of the restaurant, as the food is decent, but nothing special.

Hollywood and Vine

7. Akershus Royal Banquet Hall

Akershus Royal Banquet Hall is one of Disney’s best kept secrets! Located in the Norway Pavilion in EPCOT, you can enjoy cuisine inspired by Scandinavian favorites with some American sides. Plus, you can meet so many favorite Disney princesses such as Snow White, Jasmine, Belle, Aurora, and Ariel! The experience is amazing, but the food is… average?

Akershus

8. Trail’s End

Located at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground, Trail’s End serves American cuisine for breakfast and dinner. While the food is good, the restaurant is inconvennient to get to if you aren’t already staying at Fort Wilderness. While this restaurant is typically buffet-style, it currently offers family-style skillet meals and will soon close for refurbishment in spring 2023. Get your fixin’s while you can!

Trail’s End

9. Chef Mickey’s

This buffet-style restaurant is located in Disney’s Contemporary Resort. While guests are currently enjoying family-style platter meals, the typical buffet service will return on March 1st, 2023. The appeal of Chef Mickey’s comes from the ability to meet the Fab 5 dressed up as chefs! The food, however, is not worth mentioning. Seriously, we won’t mention it. Stick to breakfast at Chef Mickey’s and just get the waffles.

Honorable Mention: 1900 Park Fare

This restaurant would be pretty high on our list, but it’s not available — it has remained closed since the Disney World closure in 2020. Located in Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, guests could enjoy American cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner featuring characters from Mary Poppins, Alice in Wonderland, and Cinderella. We hope it comes back soon!

We hope this list inspires you while planning your dream Disney vacation! If you’re looking for more dining options, especially if you’re traveling with kiddos, click the link below! And as usual, follow along with us for more Disney news, reviews, and updates!
