Moon Girl from Marvel’s “Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur” is now greeting guests in Hollywood Land at Disney California Adventure, and we were on hand for the very first greeting!
Though the Moon Girl cavalcade and stage show were only performed today, February 15, the Moon Girl meet-and-greet will stick around for a little longer.
She’s located in front of a characteristic New York-style apartment building, with art of Devil Dinosaur covering the windows and a graffiti-esque logo off to the right.
Moon Girl meets guests in her characteristic yellow, purple, and aqua blue costume with huge, oversized goggles and red gloves.
At the center of her shirt is a crescent moon within a blue G, symbolizing her name.
Even her boots are cartoonish, fitting the aesthetic of the animated series perfectly while translating well into the real world. Disney has not announced an exact end date for this meet-and-greet.

“Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur” debuted on February 10 on Disney Channel and February 15 on Disney+. The series follows the adventures of 13-year-old super-genius Lunella Lafayette (a.k.a. Moon Girl) and her 10-ton T-Rex, Devil Dinosaur, whom she accidentally brings into present-day New York City. The duo works together to protect the Lower East Side neighborhood in New York City from danger.
Moon Girl debuted in her own Marvel Comics series in November 2015. References to her have been in the queue for WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure since it opened in 2021.
