This is not a drill! The next highly anticipated Walt Disney World table service restaurant will FINALLY be taking reservations tomorrow!
When it opened in 2018, Toy Story Land in Disney’s Hollywood Studios was the newest toy in town! The land opened to thunderous praise with incredible rides like Slinky Dog Dash, Alien Swirling Saucers, and an improved facade for Toy Story Mania. The theming was on point helping its guests feel like we really had shrunk down to toy size and were truly in Andy’s backyard.
The only thing we’ve felt like Toy Story Land was lacking was more food options!
Woody’s Lunch Box
Woody’s Lunchbox has been an ever popular dining spot for guests looking to stay immersed in the land, and don’t get us started on how great those brisket sandwiches taste! However, it has its challenges too. For one, the menu is fairly limited to a variation of a grilled cheese sandwich, tomato soup, and a pop-tart like dessert. The second challenge we’ve heard over and over from guests (and our own experience) is the seating. All of the quick service spot’s seating is completely outdoors, and because it is so popular, seating availability has been a problem since its opening. All of that will be changing, though, with the opening of Woody’s Roundup Rodeo BBQ in March!

Woody’s Roundup Rodeo BBQ will begin accepting reservations starting tomorrow, February 21st, 2023! The NEW restaurant is set to open on March 23, 2023! The menu promises “a rollicking place for honorary toys to enjoy barbecue-inspired comfort foods served family-style, with platters of house-smoked meats, a roundup of sides, and some miniature sweet surprises along the way.” Guests will be treated to healthy portions (you can ask for seconds, thirds, and more) of all the fixin’s and can expect set pricing for both adults and children.

We haven’t gotten any word yet on what that pricing will look like from Disney, but we’re already setting our alarms to grab these reservations as early as possible! Since its announcement several years ago, this has been a dining location we’ve had our eye on, and we can’t wait to try the Prospector’s Homemade Cheddar Biscuits.
