Earlier this month, colorful stripes were added to the side of the the new Disney’s Pixar Place Hotel that matched the colors of Pixar’s Luxo ball. Today we stopped by to see that the repainting efforts have been even further extended around the hotel.
The vertical columns between rooms which were previously painted a tan color are now being painted white to match the new Pixar motif.
As a reminder to anyone with a stay at the hotel in the near future, the main entrance and check-in desk is closed for the transformation.
Workers can be seen on a lift working hard to repaint the hotel from its tan and baby blue to a white color with black accents.
We can see here that the opposite side of the building has been painted white as well. We also get a great look at one completely painted vertical column of rooms that give us an idea of what the finished product will look like at Disney’s Pixar Place Hotel.
Concept art for Disney’s Pixar Place Hotel is on display inside the hotel.
