*NEW* Pav Bhaji – $9.99

The King’s Hawaiian roll is buttery and complements the veggies and lentils in the stew. The vegetable stew is not overly spicy, with a hint of sweetness and a nice texture.

*NEW* Onion Bhaji – $8.49

The onions are well cooked, and the breading is similar to hushpuppies with a full burst of Indian spice.

The sauce is spicy, acidic, and phenomenal. The fried onions are good on their own, but the sauce takes it to another level.

*NEW* Gulab Jamun with Rose Water Syrup – $6.99

The gulab jamun are a nice departure in flavor profile from the spicy dishes. Some in our party found the sweetness a little strong, while others felt it was just right. You catch a little hint of the rose water syrup, which elevates this dish.

*NEW* Nimbu Pani – $7.50

lime juice, mint extract, a pinch of salt and pepper, and our house made garam masala syrup

This lime-based drink with garam masala syrup was reminiscent of tamarind flavors. It had an earthy, herbal taste. It wasn’t bad, but we preferred the Aam Panna.

*NEW* Aam Panna – $7.50

lemon juice, mint extract, a pinch of salt and pepper, and our house made amchur syrup

This was a refreshing mocktail. You can definitely taste the salt and pepper, and the mint extract cuts the sweetness and tartness.

This booth was another all-around hit. Don’t skip this.
