The calamari is very well executed for theme park food, with no fishiness.

The little plastic paella pan is a great touch, and it serves a good amount of food for a festival dish.

This is a winner.

*NEW* Spanish Bocadillo – $8.49

The baguette is fantastic, with a crispy outside and a soft, warm inside.

The ham is delicious and salty, with the goat cheese as a perfect complement. Pesto and a tomato slice add a nice tang.

This was our favorite thing so far today.

Sangria Tinto – $10

our red sangria with Flaco Tempranillo, Torres 10 brandy, Ferrand dry curacao, lemon juice, orange juice, blackberry extract, and simple syrup

Sangria Rosado – $10

our rosé sangria with Marq Caceres Rioja Rosé, New Amsterdam gin, strawberry mix, and a pinch of smoked sea salt

Sangria Blanco – $10

our white sangria with Honoro Vera Rueda, Bacardi light, pineapple and lemon juices, simple syrup, pineapple extract, lemon bitters, and a pinch of salt

The rosado was nice, sweet, and fruity. The “pinch” of smoked sea salt really comes through.

There’s a slice of orange and a blackberry in the bottom of the into, and those flavors really come through. It’s richer and fuller than the rosé, as a red wine should be, but it’s heavy and on the syrupy side.

Standing sharply apart from the others, the blanco is lemony, fresh, and very tart. A whole chunk of pineapple is on the bottom, along with a slice of strawberry.

Overall, the flight was a great way to try all three sangrias, and we enjoyed each one. Everything here at the Spain booth is worth a stop.
