Planning to “shop ’til you drop” in Disney Springs? Well, then… you’ll certainly want to fuel up beforehand to keep the whole shopping part of the deal going as long as possible.
That’s why we’re chatting about grabbing breakfast in Disney World’s shopping, dining, and entertainment district. But we’re not just talking about where to grab a cup o’ joe (though we’ll start there). Nope, we’re bringing you the scoop on the BEST BREAKFAST in Disney Springs!
Most people know Disney Springs as a great spot for a date night, complete with entertainment including live music and even a ticketed Cirque du Soleil show. In fact, most of the stores don’t even open prior to 10AM most days. So, you might think that there’s not much in the way of AM Eats going on in these parts.
But then, you may be surprised…
Breakfast on the Go
If your main focus in Disney Springs is all things SHOPPING, you may be most interested to know about quick breakfasts on-the-go! Good thing, then, that there are several options for you!
BTW, I’m going to drop a few standard opening hours for the locations below. However, be sure to check the Disney World website or My Disney Experience app to confirm hours for a specific day.
Starbucks and… Starbucks!
Disney Springs has not one, but TWO Starbucks locations: one on the West Side, and another in the Disney Springs Marketplace.
If we’re talkin’ To-Go when it comes to breakfast, you can — first and foremost — get your favorite Starbucks beverage just the way you like it.
But you can also pick up a pastry or two! Of the two locations, the West Side Starbucks offers a full bakery case with most of the Starbucks goodies you’re already familiar with from home: a Cheese Danish, Cinnamon Crumb Cake, Iced Lemon Loaf, Scones… you know the drill.
Plus, if you do want to sit for a bit, there is plenty of indoor seating as well as outdoor shaded seating.
The Marketplace Starbucks has a more limited selection of pastries and no dedicated seating; however, there are plenty of tables in the general area that all the eateries share.
And if you’re in Disney Springs early enough to eat breakfast, then you’ll just about have your choice of table.
Conveniently, the Marketplace Starbucks is also tucked between two entrances of the most popular shopping destination in all of Disney Springs: the World of Disney store!

Standard Opening Hours: 9AM West Side Starbucks, 9AM Marketplace Starbucks
Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew
On the West Side, in addition to the West Side Starbucks, you’ll also find Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew. Just look for the gigantic blue donut in the sky, and head right towards it!
That’s where you’ll find some truly over-the-top goodies to start your day.
Yeah, we’re not kidding. We’re talking about everything from a Mounds Coconut Dream Donut to the Shamrock Supreme Donut to the Sweet Potato Pecan Pie Mash-Up Donut to the (admittedly questionable) savory Thailicious Donut! Because options change SO frequently at Everglazed, that’s just a super duper small glimpse. So you can find our reviews of EVERY. SINGLE. DONUT. we have eaten at Everglazed HERE.
But that’s not all… Everglazed is also home to the famous Grilled Cheeeeeese breakfast sandwich on a glazed donut! (Try it WITH BACON!)
Whatever you choose…
… you can wash it all down with a Cold Brew that’s every bit as indulgent as your donut!

Standard Opening Hour: 9AM
Earl of Sandwich
Back in the Marketplace, you’ll also find Earl of Sandwich, which is well known and loved for its hearty, yummy, and affordable sandwiches.
But did you know that those sandwiches extend to Breakfast options? Personally, I love the Breakfast BLT — if someone tells me that I can have a BLT for breakfast, I am not gonna argue. And in this case, THE EARL has decreed it! (Thanks, pal!) But you can also find options like Ham or Bacon with Egg and Cheddar sammies, and even Breakfast Bowls and Burritos.
Find out why We Heart Earl HERE!
Standard Opening Hour: 9AM
Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company
Moving over to The Landing, Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company serves up… umm, coffee and tea . But, in all seriousness, they serve REALLY GOOD specialty coffee and tea beverages, hot or iced.
And THIS is also where you can dress up your coffee with a little Disney Latte Art!
While there isn’t a large selection, you’ll also find an assortment of fresh Joffrey’s pastries and baked goods for a bite.
And that includes those HUGE and yummy Joffrey’s DONUTS! You’ll also find Joffrey’s for breakfast in Magic Kingdom and other parks!
See MICKEY on your COFFEE here!
Standard Opening Hour: 10AM
Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC
Erin McKenna is a dear friend to those with food allergies and intolerances.
ALL of the goodies you’ll find at Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC are gluten-free AND vegan. The spot might best be known as being home to BabyCakes cupcakes.
But they also serve some seriously killer treats like the Samoa Donut for a GOOD MORNING, indeed!
See how Erin McKenna’s surprises us here!
Standard Opening Hour: 10AM
Gideon’s Bakehouse
Gideon’s Bakehouse is in the business of concocting cookie creations that weigh nearly a half-pound.
What’s “breakfast-y” about a monster of a cookie, you ask? Well, you can pair your cookie (or GIGANTIC slice of cake) with a Gideon’s COLD BREW:
So THAT makes it breakfast, and YOU’RE ON VACATION, so it’s going on our list!
Don’t knock it ’til you’ve tried it. And you MUST try it.
COOKIES. FOR. BREAKFAST.
Standard Opening Hour: 10AM (Our advice, though? Join the line earlier. Sign up for the Virtual Queue. Do whatever you have to do to make it happen, no matter the time of day.)
Brunch
Looking for something more substantial, or perhaps your Disney Springs goal is to do as much (or even more) relaxing as shopping? Then you should know that Disney Springs is THE place for BRUNCH in Disney World.
Bear in mind, most are weekends only. (One place you can find Brunch served DAILY is only a short boat ride away from Disney Springs, at Olivia’s Cafe in Disney’s Old Key West Resort. Again, we’ll note some standard days and times below, but be sure to confirm when you’re searching for your strongly recommended Advance Dining Reservation for these popular offerings.
The BOATHOUSE
If you like your eggs and bacon served up with a side of SONG, then The BOATHOUSE is where you want to be on the weekend for The Captain’s Sing-Along Brunch!
The BOATHOUSE, by the way, is HUGE. Though you can enjoy the Brunch dishes anywhere in this massive restaurant, if you’re here for the live entertainment, be sure request to sit near the performers! And if you can score THIS seat…
… more power to you.
So, what’s on the menu for brunch?! There are some traditional offerings like avocado toast, steak and eggs, a chicken biscuit and gravy, and a Belgian waffle. But since this chophouse is also (and possibly best) known for seafood, you can also enjoy shrimp and grits or Crabcakes Benedict.
And here’s a packing recommendation: be ready to dress the part, because if you wear your Captain’s hat or a Boathouse shirt to Brunch you will receive a free mimosa!
Sing along with our REVIEW of The Captain’s Brunch HERE!
Brunch is offered on Saturdays and Sundays from 10AM-2PM, with the entertainment performing from 11AM-2PM.
Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’
Y’all… they are NOT PLAYING AROUND when it comes to the Rise ‘n Shine Brunch at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’!
Though Homecomin’ has a casual and welcoming vibe, Brunch is SERIOUS BUSINESS here.
This is made obvious through dishes like House-made Doughnuts, Hush Puppy Benedict, Short Rib Hash, and the Hallelujah Biscuit.
The Rise ‘n Shine Southern Brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays until 1PM (while the full menu is also available after 11AM). Due to its popularity (which is with entirely GOOD REASON), it can be tough to score an Advance Dining Reservation here, so follow our tips for tough-to-reserve spots!
Donuts and Hush Puppies and Chicken, OH MY!
The same can be said for our next Brunch option…
Wine Bar George
Wine Bar George hosts the lovely Wine Country Brunch.
Even though “Wine Country Brunch” sounds fancy (and the food is no doubt upscale), it is — like everything else about Wine Bar George — approachable, charming, and welcoming.
The food is fantastic, which standouts including (but not limited to) the Artisanal Cheese Board, Burrata, the Wine Country Omelet, and THIS:
It’s the Fried Chicken Biscuit with pimento cheese, bacon relish, and sunny side egg. FOR REAL.
And we can’t forget to mention that the drinks here can’t be beat (as you likely guessed, since the “George” in Wine Bar George is Master Sommelier George Miliotes), from the smokey Bacon Old Fashioned…
… to the whimsical Frozcato Mimosa, featuring Dole Whip Pineapple, Moscato, and Prosecco!
See why Wine Country Brunch is Must-Do Dining
Wine Country Brunch is served Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30AM – 2:00PM. Don’t miss it.
Raglan Road
It’s ALWAYS a good time at Raglan Road, morning, noon, and night! But let’s talk about what makes the mornings so special… it’s the Rollicking Raglan Brunch at this authentic Irish pub!
“Weekend Brunch Starty Stuff” includes dishes like the Dalkey Duo, an Irish Egg, and Pull the Boxty.
For “Weekend Brunch Brunchy Stuff,” we have options like A Full Irish, “A Cure of Sorts” (Ham Schnitzel), and “All This… And Eggs On Top” with pulled Braised Beef.
This, though, is simply a glimpse. The Brunch menu is EXTENSIVE, and “Weekend Brunch Lunchy Stuff” is simultaneously available if someone in your group is ready for some Fish ‘n Chips for lunch while you’re all about breakfast.
And THIS one starts EARLIER than all the others. Enjoy the Rollicking Raglan Brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 9AM to 3PM.
And don’t forget your Irish Coffee.
Check out the Rollicking Raglan Brunch HERE!
Presented to you above are what we believe to be the truly standout Brunches in Disney Springs. But there are even more options from which to choose!
These include locations like Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill, STK Orlando, Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante, House of Blues, City Works Eatery & Pour House, and Terralina Crafted Italian (find our review HERE!) which also serve Brunch on the weekends.
Now you know that you’ve got more than a few options to enjoy the Most Important Meal of the Day in Disney Springs! The question is… which will you choose?
