Best Desserts in Hollywood Studios

Are you ready to plan the perfect day in Disney’s Hollywood Studios? You are? Okay then, let’s get to work!

Ready for some fun in Hollywood Studios?

From rope dropping popular attractions like Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance in Galaxy’s Edge and Slinky Dog Dash in Toy Story Land, to grabbing your daily dose of caffeinated magic from Starbucks or Joffreys (or both, we won’t judge), to watching fan-favorite shows like Fantasmic!, it isn’t difficult to have an awesome day. Hmmmm… it seems like we’re missing something though. Oh, right! Something to fix our sweet tooth. We’re always on the hunt for the BEST sweet treats in Disney World, and believe us when we say we’ve found our fair share of favorites. So… which of our favorite desserts live in Hollywood Studios?

Are you ready to kick your sweet tooth? Good, because we’re about to dive right in to some dessert items. These are all of the best desserts that you can get in Hollywood Studios.

Carrot Cake Cookie from Trolley Car Cafe

This dessert is a favorite of ours for a reason! It used to reside at Writer’s Stop (which unfortunately is not a thing anymore) and now can be found at Trolley Car Cafe for $4.99. It leaves us each year to make way for the Holiday Red Velvet Whoopie Pie, but the reunion after the holidays is truly bliss.

Carrot Cake Cookie

This dessert consists of two carrot cake-inspired cookies smooshed together with sweet cream cheese icing. It’s HUGE — but we won’t tell you that you should share. Have it all for yourself —  because trust us, you’ll want to.

Grapefruit Cake from Hollywood Brown Derby

We’ve been loving this Instagram-ready cake since before Instagram was even a thing. Seriously. This iconic cake is inspired by the actual Hollywood Brown Derby restaurant on Vine Street, which was frequented often by celebrities such as Lucille Ball, Clarke Gable, and Mary Pickford.

Grapefruit cake! So pretty, so delicious.

This vanilla-sponge cake is layered with tons of cream cheese frosting and of course — grapefruit syrup. You can grab a slice of this iconic dessert for $13.

Tiramisu from Mama Melrose’s Ristorante

We won’t even sugarcoat it. This is the star of the menu at Mama Melrose’s Ristorante. For $8, you can get this delicious slice of layered Marscapone and Espresso-soaked Lady Fingers, all topped with cocoa powder and whipped cream.

Tiramisu from Mama Melrose’s Ristorante

This dessert is super creamy, and the coffee flavor is prominent without being overwhelming. The serving size is pretty large, so it’s perfect to keep all to yourself. É molto bene. 🤌🏼

Seasonal Over-the-Top Shake from Hollywood Scoops

Hollywood Scoops is home to one of our all-time favorite Disney desserts. It changes seasonally, but we can confirm that it tastes just as good each season. We’ve seen a Key Lime Pie Shake, a Candy Corn Shake, and a Candy Cane Shake. Each shake is typically $9.49. Most recently, we’ve seen a Tiana Mardi Gras Milkshake!

Tiana Mardi Gras Milkshake

These shakes have a thick, creamy milkshake base and are topped based on the theming of the drink. For example, the Key Lime Pie Shake comes with graham cracker crumbs, while the Candy Cane Shake comes with red and green sprinkles for the holidays! The best part? Each milkshake comes with a cake doughnut on top. Yep, we told you. Dessert of our dreams.

Lunch Box Tart from Woody’s Lunchbox

This fan-favorite snack is basically a fancy PopTart. You can grab the Raspberry or Lemon-Blueberry Lunch Box Tarts year-round from Woody’s Lunchbox, but seasonal flavors pop up, too. We’ve seen Peanut Butter Banana Lunch Box Tarts, Hot Chocolate Lunch Box Tarts, and most recently, a Sweet Potato Lunch Box Tart!

Sweet Potato Lunch Box Tart

These light, crisp desserts are $4.29 and consist of a flaky pastry base with sweet filling. The top is frosted with a complementary flavor and then sprinkled with more toppings! The Sweet Potato Lunch Box Tart had a sugar cookie pastry exterior, cinnamon-sugar sweet potato filling, and cinnamon brown sugar icing topped with crunchy pecans and marshmallows. This tart didn’t disappoint, and believe us when we say that none of the others did, either.

Wookiee Cookie from Backlot Express

The Wookiee Cookie is like a giant Oatmeal Cream Pie — but themed to Star Wars, of course! You can get this treat from Backlot Express for $5.99.

Wookie Cookie

This treat consists of two thick oatmeal cookies with fluffy cream filling. Plus, there’s a small chocolate garnish on top that looks like Chewbacca’s belt! This cookie is MASSIVE, but can surprisingly be scarfed down pretty fast by one person.

Enchanted Rose from Catalina Eddie’s

This dessert is fit for royalty! The Enchanted Rose is a Beauty and the Beast themed treat that has Dark Chocolate Mousse with a taste of Blackcurrant and Morella Cherry-Chocolate Shortbread Cookie with Whipped Cookies ’n Cream Fluff and gilded Chocolate-covered Cacoa Nibs.

Enchanted Rose

This treat is $5.79 and is VERY sweet. The mousse is smooth and rich, and the flavor of cherries is very prominent throughout. If you love dark chocolate and cherries, this is the dessert for you. You can grab it from Catalina Eddie’s on Sunset Boulevard!

Jack-Jack’s Num Num Cookie from The Market

This giant chocolate chunk cookie does NOT disappoint. You can also get them at Pixar Pier in California! At the Market in Hollywood Studios, however, these are $6.19 and humongous.

Jack-Jack Num Num Cookie

These chocolate chunk cookies are rich, decadent, and served warm. What can we say? Ya can’t go wrong with the classics.

Peanut Butter Crunch Cupcake from Trolley Car Cafe

Otherwise known as the “Butterfinger Cupcake,” this is a chocolate cupcake topped with peanut butter buttercream frosting and topped with a candy peanut butter shell. You know, that crunchy stuff in a Butterfinger that gets stuck in your teeth but is SO delicious that it’s worth it?

Peanut Butter Crunch Cupcake

This treat is $5.49 and is the perfect size to indulge on your own… or to share. As usual, though, no judgment if you don’t share!

After this list, there’s no excuse for going hungry in Hollywood Studios!

This roundup of treats will likely satisfy every kind of sweet tooth, from the peanut butter-lovers to those who prefer their indulgences frozen.
