Catal Restaurant and the Uva Bar & Cafe in Downtown Disney District will be closing soon as the shopping and dining district continues to be reimagined.
The restaurant and bar/cafe will be open through April 9, but closed beginning April 10 to “make way for an exciting new addition to the Downtown Disney District!”
The new addition is the Mexican restaurant Paseo and Centrico from Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytan.
Meanwhile, the temporary Earl of Sandwich Tavern just opened at Downtown Disney District after the old Earl of Sandwich location closed. Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen and Jazz Kitchen Express remain under construction for a retheming, and in January, the Disney Home Store and WonderGround Gallery closed to be moved to a new location.
