Though the reimagined Mickey’s Toontown has finally opened at Disneyland Park, we noticed the water features of Donald’s Duck Pond were not yet available. The CenTOONial Park fountain was also only available for a short period of time when the land opened yesterday. Apparently, an issue with the pH balance of the water has forced them to remain closed.
The fountain has multiple water tables for kids to play with.
Today, it is completely roped off.
The fountain was still running and a Cast Member was inside the courtyard ensuring no guests ducked under the ropes.
The features of Donald’s boat that don’t involve water are available, but the rest is roped off or behind fences.
Donald is currently meeting guests in front of one of the ropes. They feature Toontown “TT” banners.
