If you’ve ever been visiting Walt Disney World during a holiday, big or small, you know that select locations across the resort hold special events or have special entertainment, food, and drink available for the occasion. St. Patrick’s Day is no different; we have a couple of things to share with you.
The Edison at Disney Springs will offer a specialty cocktail for St. Patrick’s Day throughout the month of March. The Irish Goodbye is $19 and includes coffee-infused Teeling Irish Whiskey, Benedictine, black walnut bitters and salted caramel.
The Mighty St. Patrick’s Festival returns from March 16-19 at Raglan Road in Disney Springs, featuring entertainment, five outdoor bars, dancing, shopping, face painting, giveaways, and fish & chips with Guinness.
This year’s lineup of live music will feature Elevation: the most heralded U2 tribute band, celebrating their 20th anniversary this year; Strings & Things: a trad/folk/roots crossover band from Tipperary and Galway; Men of Aran: legends of the Irish trad world; and The Raglan Road Irish Dancers.
On the menu for the event will be a chef’s selection of signature Irish favorites, including a dry-aged prime short rib and brisket beef OMG Burger, Shepherd’s Pie and fresh-caught Fish & Chips. Raglan Road’s Signature Brew Flight, Whiskey Flight, craft beers, wines, and hand-crafted cocktails will also be available.
On March 17, Raglan Road will open at 11 a.m. Guests will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis, and there is a $20 cover charge for guests 18 and older. For those planning to celebrate during the other festival dates on March 16, 18, or 19, reservations are encouraged and can be made through the My Disney Experience app or by calling 407-938-0300.
