The opening of TRON Lightcycle / Run is right around the corner!

We’re already gearing up again for the adrenaline rush during that initial ride blastoff, and we can’t wait for the cool new TRON-themed PhotoPass opportunities… but one piece of the TRON puzzle has been missing — until now! Get ready, folks, because Disney just announced a NEW snack cart coming to Tomorrowland, and we’re giving you a first look at the menu!
According to Disney, this snack cart, Energy Bytes, will have something for you — whether you’re looking for “breakfast bites, savory snacks, sweet treats, or refreshing beverages.” For breakfast, you’ll find Chocolate Cake Doughnut Holes topped with mocha sauce and a matching Joffrey’s Cold Brew Coffee topped with a yummy mocha sauce as well! Disney describes this coffee as a “perfect combination of that classic coffee flavor with a touch of sweetness.” We can’t wait to try it!

If you’re looking for something later in the day — there are some savory options too! Digital Dumplings – Buffalo Chicken is a unique offering for those who can’t decide: a combination of both buffalo chicken and chicken dumplings. In this snack, you’ll find chicken dumplings, blue cheese powder, and cayenne pepper broth. Another dumpling dish will also be on the menu — Digital Dumplings – Beef & Broccoli. These dumplings feature beef dumplings, broccoli pesto, and ginger-soy broth. Exciting!

For those looking for a sweet treat, this new snack cart will be serving a new Strawberry IceOform, which is a “refreshing treat with the sweetness of the strawberry ice cream mochi, graham crackers, and even a little bit of cheesecake foam to finish it off.”

Lastly, the Watermelon Refresher is a frozen beverage with yuzu and ginger. A welcome drink on a hot day!

While we don’t know an exact opening date yet for this snack cart, TRON Lightcycle / Run is set to open on April 4th, 2023. We’ll keep an eye out for any new info about this new cart and other Disney news, so stay tuned to DFB for more!
