While riding the Disney Skyliner, guests have reportedly found many strange things left behind, but we’ve never heard of a fish — until now. On a recent visit to Walt Disney World, one Reddit user found a full fish hitching a ride.
The image was posted by Reddit user LukeKuechIy. It couldn’t have come at a better time as the Walt Disney Studios have been teasing the live-action version of “The Little Mermaid” for several months now, and last night, March 12, during the broadcast of the 95th Oscars, viewers got a look at the official trailer. The irony wasn’t lost on those in the comment section.
Some were unsure what it was until one poster asked, “Is that a fish?” and original poster LukeKuechly said, “It sure is.”
After that, the commenters brought out their best fish puns, casting a wide net that included comments about Disney’s upcoming live-action version of “The Little Mermaid” and the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival.
