Menu UPDATES Hit Coral Reef Restaurant in EPCOT

Get ready for MORE Disney food changes.

We’ve seen menus changing all over Disney World. Sometimes that has to do with the appearance of seasonal specialties, the disappearance of 50th Anniversary snacks, or a shift in what types of meals will be available. And now we’ve got MORE menu updates to share!

Over at EPCOT, menu changes have hit Coral Reef Restaurant — the iconic restaurant with a view into the tanks at the Seas pavilion. Here’s what’s changed!

Lunch/Dinner Menu Changes

Appetizers

  • REMOVED! Trio of Seasonal Dips — Fresh Vegetable Crudité and Crisps
  • REMOVED! Caesar Salad
  • ADDED! Seafood Artichoke Dip — Creamy blend of Seafood, Spinach, and Artichokes (Contains alcohol products) — $15
  • ADDED! Reef Salad — Seasonal Mixed Greens and Pickled Vegetables with Pomegranate Vinaigrette and Walnut Praline (Plant-based) — $11

The Trio of Seasonal Dips Is GONE!

Entrees

  • CHANGE! The Shrimp and Grits used to be described as Sautéed Shrimp, Cheddar Grits, Local Corn Succotash, Andouille Sausage, and Creole Spice Emulsion. Now it is described as “Cajun-grilled Shrimp with a Seared Grit Cake, Andouille Hash, and Cajun Emulsion”
  • CHANGE! The Mahi Mahi used to be described as “seared” and now is “grilled.” Also, it used to come with Jasmine Rice, Coconut and Cilantro-Lime Sauce, and Caribbean Shrimp Salsa. Now it comes with Street Corn-style Salad and Cilantro-Lime Crema over Garlic Jasmine Rice.
  • CHANGE! The Slow-Roasted Prime Rib used to come with loaded mashed potatoes with Bacon, and Bercy Butter. Now, it comes with Roasted Potatoes, Caramelized Onions and Mixed Herb Pistou.
  • REMOVED! Cajun Chicken Pasta
  • REMOVED! Grilled Vegetable Skewer with Impossible™ Kefta Roasted Plant-based Kefta, Lentil Rice, Eggplant Spread
  • REMOVED! Orange-glazed Sustainable Salmon
  • ADDED! Mushroom Ravioli — Roasted Mushroom Ravioli with Scallion, Blistered Tomatoes, and Tomato-Lavender Broth (Plant-based) — $26
  • ADDED! Seared Verlasso Salmon with Roasted Parsnip and Piquillo Pepper, Bacon, and Lemon Beurre Blanc (Contains alcohol products) — $29
  • ADDED! Harissa Chicken with Saffron Couscous, Citrus Yogurt, and Spice-roasted Seasonal Vegetables — $28

Sustainable Salmon — REMOVED!

Desserts

  • CHANGE! The Key Lime Tart used to have a 50th design with EARidescent Shimmer, Sprinkles, and Chocolate Garnish. Now, it simply has the toasted meringue.

  • REMOVED! Jr. Reef Steak
  • ADDED! Macaroni & Cheese (Served with choice of 2 selections and choice of Small Lowfat Milk, Small SASANI Water, or Small Minute Maid Apple Juice) — $11
  • ADDED! Jr. Reef Prime Rib (Served with choice of two (2) Selections and choice of Small Lowfat Milk, Small DASANI Water, or Small Minute Maid Apple Juice) — $14

  • REMOVED! MacMurray Estate Vineyards Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley
  • REMOVED! Francis Ford Coppola Director’s Cut Zinfandel, Dry Creek Valley
  • REMOVED! Budweiser – St. Louis, MO
  • REMOVED! Sierra Nevada Pale Ale – Chico, CA
  • REMOVED! Goose Island IPA – Chicago, IL
  • REMOVED! Truly Wild Berry Hard Seltzer – Boston, MA
  • CHANGE! The Blood Orange Margarita used to feature Sauza Conmemorativo Añejo Tequila. Now it is made with Lunazul Anejo Tequila.
  • CHANGE! The Negroni used to feature Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth. Now it has Martini & Rossi Sweet Vermouth.
  • CHANGE! The Captain’s Rum Runner now specifies that it uses Bols Blackberry Brandy and Bols Creme de Banana Liqueur.
  • CHANGE! The Abyss also now specifies that it comes with Bols Blue Curacao Liqueur.
  • CHANGE! Some other drinks have also had the word “Liqueur” added in certain spots.
  • CHANGE! In the White Wine Flight, the d’Arenberg The Hermit Crab Viognier Marsanne, McLaren Vale has been replaced with Fess Parker Riesling, Santa Barbara County.
