It’s been 25 years since we watched actress Drew Barrymore take on her fairytale role in Ever After: A Cinderella Story. Yes, I feel old. The actress-turned-talk show host celebrated the anniversary this week, reuniting with co-stars Melanie Lynskey and Megan Dodds to commemorate the occasion. The trio appeared on Barrymore’s talk show, dressed in appropriate costumes, to give fans a reminder of the story they told back in 1998. Check out the wings Drew is rocking in the clip below from the Drew Barrymore Show Facebook page.
Ever After is featured on Disney+ for anyone who would like to relive their younger years or experience the film for the first time.

We headed to Pizzafari to check out this new treat. While Pizzafari typically serves pizza, a chicken parmesan sandwich, and salads, this is where you’ll find the NEW Elephant Cupcake dessert. (It can also be found at Restaurantosaurus.)
This cupcake is made up of a graham cracker cake, pineapple filling with matcha buttercream, crispy pearls, and a chocolate elephant.
Wow!
The details on the chocolate elephant are stunning. It’s undeniably Instagram-worthy, but how does it taste?
The Elephant Is Huge!
Well, the graham cracker base had a light graham cracker flavor but was not too overpowering. The matcha icing tasted mostly of sugar with little matcha flavor. And, unfortunately, we were disappointed in the pineapple filing because it was very light. We were hoping it would really pack a punch, but the flavor was much more subtle.
It Is Pretty!
The crispy pearls and the chocolate elephant added a nice texture difference to a large amount of icing on the cupcake though, so that was nice.
Lots of Crispy Pearls!
Quick tip: the cupcake easily crumbles due to the graham cracker base so we recommend grabbing a fork to help you eat this thing!
The Pineapple Filling Inside
Overall, we thought this was a pretty good option for a dessert at Animal Kingdom but it fell short on flavor — we just really wish it had been punchier! If you like cupcakes with lots of icing or are wanting to try a graham-cracker cupcake, this might be for you! But if you’re hoping for lots of that pineapple and graham-cracker flavors, you might want to pass on this one.
Walt Disney World guests are shoving their coins into a display case in the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind queue instead of tossing them into a wishing well.
Twitter user @GrantSmith2000 shared a video with us of the display case holding a model of the Milano in the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind queue. Watch it below.
A pile of coins is visible just behind the glass, apparently from guests pushing them through a space next to the display case’s locked door. Some coins have even rolled further into the case, almost under the Milano model.
Guests are “transported to a Nova Cruiser orbiting above Terra for a demonstration which will consist of a thrilling high-speed, turbulent — what you Terrans would call a ‘roller coaster-type ride’ that goes forward and backward through the dark. It includes sharp turns, sudden drops and stops.”
The ride is located in the Wonders of Xandar pavilion in World Discovery at EPCOT. The building used to house Ellen’s Energy Adventure.
Cosmic Rewind Queue and Pre-shows
Once inside, guests enter the Galaxarium. The large screen above changes as part of a presentation on Xandar. Next, they head into the Xandar Gallery. The Xandarians incorporated some of the design principles of EPCOT into their city planning, as seen in a presentation here. Walt Disney’s original presentation of EPCOT is featured.
A screen in the queue features footage from “Good Morning Xandar,” a morning talkshow where the host has interviewed the Guardians regarding their defeat of Ronan and the Kree.
During his interview, Star-Lord expresses excitement about returning to EPCOT to ride attractions like Horizons, Universe of Energy, and catch a viewing of Kitchen Kabaret. (Unfortunately, Quill hasn’t been updated on what’s open… and what’s long gone.)
The pre-show room is the pavilion’s welcome center, where guests are introduced to the Cosmic Generator and invited aboard a starship. To get to the ship, they must enter the Phase Chamber and be transported. Unfortunately, things have gone very wrong when we arrive on the Nova Corps ship, and we tourists must hop in a Starjumper ride vehicle to help the Guardians of the Galaxy defeat Eson.
Ride Experience
Each ride features an 80s-era soundtrack. The song is randomized, so you may hear a different one on each ride. The options are:
