If you’re someone who eats with their eyes, head over to the Golden Dreams marketplace, available during the 2023 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. As the name suggests, everything served at this booth is colored yellow! From corn to cheese, to lemon, everything is beautifully golden and just as tasty.

Sweet Corn Paleta with Parm Crema, Chile-Lime Seasoning, Corn Crunch and Cilantro
This tastes like frozen corn chowder and we really liked it.
Like the frozen guacamole from last year, this is LA in a popsicle. It’s a big winner.
*NEW* Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Flatbread – $7.25
with Basil Pesto
This was almost inedible. The flatbread was hard and flavorless, like cardboard. The beets were tasty, and the pesto was okay. The latter was similar to the pesto from the burrata at Nuts About Cheese. Unfortunately, the dish could not overcome the poorly executed flatbread disaster.
*NEW* Central California Cooler – $6.75
Peach Purée, Apple, Orange & Lemon Juices, garnished with an Apple Chip
This drink tastes like a mixture of apple cider and a few other fruit juices. Kids should like it, but adults will think it needs alcohol.
The 2023 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival will be running from March 3 to April 25, 2023.
