We’ve made it no secret that we are HUGE fans of Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs. We think maybe some of y’all are, too.

There’s just something about biting into one of those massive Gideon’s cookies that makes us so happy, but the cake slices are amazing, too. Now, you can get a cookie snack AND some of that delicious buttercream frosting, but you’ll need to hurry!

From this weekend until WEDNESDAY, March 8th, Gideon’s is offering their Cookie Butter Butterscotch cookie flavor as Cookie Bites! These are Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cookies cut into quarters and then dipped in delicious chocolate. You’ll get six bites total, too!

You can also get Cookie Butter Buttercream Dips — say what? This would be the same buttercream from the Vanilla cake with cookie butter buttercream. We just want to dip EVERYTHING in it.

Here’s the deal, though — these are only available for a limited time, and if you’ve ever seen the lines outside Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs, you’ll probably understand that these will both go FAST. So if you’re wanting to grab either of those snacks, you’ll want to make a trip to Disney Springs ASAP.

While you’re there, be sure to check out this month’s special cookie, the Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl. That will pair well with the special cold brew available this month, too, the Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl Cold Brew. If you love the peanut butter and chocolate flavor combo, these two treats are a MUST.
