Unite Here! Local 362, the union that represents Walt Disney World cast members, has confirmed that a tentative agreement was reached Thursday afternoon with Disney to raise cast members to a wage of $18 per hour.

Union members will vote next week to officially accept this new contract offer, which includes minimum pay of $18 to start, and retroactive pay going back to October.

The tentative agreement includes retroactive pay back to October of 2022 with staggered increases giving all full-time cast $18 per hour by the end of 2023.
Workers will cast their votes on the tentative agreement on Wednesday, March 29, 2023.
