Though Walt Disney World originally stated Annual Passholders who signed up for a TRON Lightcycle / Run preview during a blockout date for their pass tier would have their preview automatically canceled, Disney is now offering complimentary 1-day tickets to these Passholders.
Some Passholders reportedly had trouble when registering a group for the TRON Lightcycle / Run previews. The preview calendar would automatically filter blocked-out dates, but only for the highest pass tier that was registering. So if a guest with an Incredi Pass was trying to register themselves and a guest with a Pixie Dust Pass, the Pixie Dust blockout dates would not be filtered out.
It seems the complimentary 1-day Park Hopper tickets are being added to the accounts of Passholders who encountered the above issue so they can still attend the preview.
Annual Passholder previews for TRON Lightcycle / Run filled up within a few hours of opening on February 16. Preview dates are on March 4-6 and 8-12. Pirate and Pixie Dust Passes are blocked out for some of these dates.
Currently, only a Pixie Dust Annual Pass is available for purchase. The other three tiers are only available for renewals, not new purchases. All four tiers have not been available since their introduction in September 2021. Instead of bringing back Annual Pass sales, Walt Disney World is doubling down on ticket deals.
