2023 Cluck-a-Doodle Moo Menu

Now that we know what is offered, let’s dive into the food itself!

Eats

First up, we tried the Smoked Honey-Habanero Chicken Wings. These chicken wings are tossed in honey-habanero seasoning and are $8.50

These wings are AMAZING.

These wings are DELICIOUS. The dish includes four decently-sized pieces with a sweet and spicy habanero seasoning. They’re cooked to perfection with a crispy outside and a tender and moist inside. We were also able to taste just a hint of lime!

Next, we had the BBQ Beef Brisket Slider. This slider features Fiscalini Farmstead Smoked Cheddar with dill pickles on salt & pepper on brioche. This slider is $9.

Brisket Slider

This is a GREAT sandwich. We got a generous portion of brisket, and we loved the smoked cheddar flavor that accompanied the meat. The pickles on the sandwich gave a nice crunch. The salt and pepper brioche bun was soft and fresh and complemented the brisket perfectly.

Drinks

In terms of drinks, we got the Chipotle-Pineapple Bourbon Sour. This drink includes bourbon, pineapple, and lime juices, honey syrup, and chipotle sour purée, garnished with a dried red pineapple wheel. This drink will cost you $17.

Chipotle Pineapple Bourbon Sour

This drink is yummy! There’s a strong tropical flavor, but we didn’t notice a strong chipotle flavor. There’s only a tiny bit of spice which we thought made the drink very fun. This is great for even those of you who don’t enjoy a lot of spice.

Next, we tried the Smoked Cherry Mezcal-iki Cocktail. This drink has dark rum, mezcal, cherry purée, grapefruit & lime Juices, vanilla syrup, and bitters, garnished with a dried grapefruit chip. This drink is $16.

Smoked Cherry Mezcal-iki

Our first impression of this drink was that it tasted much more smoky than like cherry. This one was hit or miss for us, as it isn’t the best option if you don’t really enjoy a smoky flavor.

Overall

Overall, we really enjoyed the food we got this year from Cluck-a-Doodle-Moo. If you love smoky flavor with a tiny bit of kick, this is the booth for you! Plus, we loved that the portion sizes were large enough that we could make a meal out of the dishes.

The full spread!

That’s it for this booth, but there’s a LOT more where that came from!
