The 50th Anniversary Celebration is over so many things in Disney World are changing.
We have seen 50th-anniversary snacks become normal Disney snacks without the 50th decorations on them. We’ve seen maps get updated to remove 50th theming. Now, as we had reported, some of our favorite pals got new outfits.
When Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire began in February 2022, it had some 50th Anniversary changes, including new costumes for Mickey and his friends in their earidescent theming for the 50th Anniversary! Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire. Now Mickey and his friends (Donald, Daisy, Minnie, and Goofy) have new costumes. Take a look!
The end of the 50th means the end of 50th character costumes! Here’s how Goofy, Minnie and Mickey were dressed for the stage show this morning! pic.twitter.com/UgiDuZOsmH

First, let’s take a closer look at Mickey and Minnie. Mickey is wearing purple pants and a teal-blue jacket. Minnie has a teal and cream dress with her signature polka dots on the skirt.
We think these new colors play with the earidescent color palate while being different enough. They match the royal flags around the castle.
You can see Goofy here looking dapper in his straw hat, teal pants, and purple jacket.
He is also wearing a green sash and gold shoes.
Donald and Daisy both sported new costumes as well. Daisy has a purple, blue, and gold dress with a matching bow. Donald was wearing his Viking jacket and hat during one part of the show with a blue and purple button vest as his main outfit. Check them out.
We love their new looks. They match each other and the existing decor around them.
The rest of the show remains the same and a Cast Member told us that the backup dancers will remain in the same anniversary outfits that they’ve had for the last year or so. This could be a reason why they chose the stick with a similar color scheme for the new costumes as the previous ones.
This is just the beginning of the changes we expect to see from the anniversary’s end. As we see more news from the parks, we’ll be sure to report it. Make sure you’re following us at DFB for more!
