The new UOAP Lounge replacing the Betty Boop Store in Universal’s Islands of Adventure will open on May 1, 2023.
Former Betty Boop Store
New UOAP decals were just installed on the windows of the Toon Lagoon store, which closed last month to become the Annual Passholder Lounge.
The Betty Boop Store was the place to go if you needed any merchandise of America’s cartoon sweetheart. They had everything from shirts to pajamas, to mugs, to jewelry. We will be on the lookout to see if this merchandise will be dispersed among the other gift shops at both Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure.
Universal Orlando Annual Passholder Lounge
Universal Orlando Annual Passholder Lounges are an exclusive area that guests may go in to ask any questions they may have, renew their annual passes, purchase UOAP merchandise, upgrade passes, manage their accounts, or purchase discounted UOAP tickets. UOAP guests may also use the lounge to relax, charge their phones, and pick up any current complimentary passholder gifts.
Though the new UOAP Lounge is not yet open, it has been featured on Universal Orlando Resort guidemaps since January.

Universal Orlando Resort has also announced all of their Passholder Bonus Benefits for May 2023, including a new UOAP magnet and exclusive menu items.
