A new Toothless light-up popcorn bucket from “How to Train Your Dragon” has appeared at a popcorn cart at Universal Studios Florida.
Toothless Light-Up Popcorn Bucket- $29.99
If you are an avid popcorn bucket collector, we’ve got good news for you. Today, we spotted a brand new popcorn bucket featuring Toothless from the animated movie “How to Train Your Dragon.”
Toothless is the main dragon character from the “How to Train Your Dragon” movie franchise. The popcorn bucket is black with black scales. You can also see the detail in Toothless’ spines, ears, wings, and his big, bright green eyes.
The back of the bucket features a compartment to store your popcorn in. It also has a small wind up dial on the back that make Toothless’ wings move.
As you can see, the ears on top feature hinges which allow them to move back and forth.
If you press one of the spines on the top of the popcorn bucket, Toothless’ eyes light up. On the first push, it lights up solid, while on the second push, it slowly pulses.
The popcorn bucket also features a convenient blue carrying strap that says “How to Train Your Dragon” and “Universal Studios.”
Did you know Toothless gets his name from his ability to completely retract his teeth, making him appear…”toothless”?
Toothless’ tail features a red and black tail fin. Toothless’ tail was rebuilt several times over the timeline of the “How to Train Your Dragon” movies. The red tail fin with the white skull was a sturdier and stronger version of his old tail.
You can grab your very own Toothless bucket at the popcorn stand at the front of Universal Studios Florida, inside the main entrance. The buckets are $29.99 before tax.
“How to Train Your Dragon”
“How to Train Your Dragon” is a series of computer-animated action fantasy movies that debuted in 2010 and are loosely based on the 2003 book series of the same name.
It consists of three films: “How to Train Your Dragon” (2010), “How to Train Your Dragon 2” (2014), and “How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World” (2019).
We reported earlier this year that a live-action reboot of “How to Train Your Dragon” is in development and is scheduled to be released on March 14, 2025.
Rumored “How to Train Your Dragon” Coaster at Epic Universe
Universal Destinations & Experiences has filed several trademarks potentially for Epic Universe attractions. Epic Universe will be a new park at Universal Orlando Resort and is expected to open in summer 2025.
Though only Super Nintendo World has been confirmed, rumored lands include a Universal Classic Monsters land, How to Train Your Dragon land, and a third The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
Orlando Business Journal shared the list of new trademarks Universal filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. They are mostly for the Universal Classic Monsters and How to Train Your Dragon lands.
How to Train Your Dragon:
- How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk: This could be the official name of the land.
- The Untrainable Dragon: Universal Studios Beijing has a “How to Train Your Dragon” stage show called “Untrainable” and a stage is under construction in the rumored Epic Universe land.
- Hiccup’s Wing Gliders: This could be the name of the “How to Train Your Dragon” roller-coaster.
- Fyre Drill: This could be a water ride.
- Dragon Racer’s Rally: Maybe the name of another “How to Train Your Dragon” attraction.
As construction progresses, and more information is released, we will bring you the most up-to-date information.
