Hiya folks, wanna take a ride on a train? A new Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway Goofy plush is available at Great Movie Finds, the merchandise stand outside the ride in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway Goofy Plush – $34.99
The plush depicts Goofy in the Runnamuck Railroad train engine, just like on the ride.
The engine is red, blue, gray, gold, and black. “RRR” is on the fake red doors of the engineer’s compartment. Felt wheels are on the gray base of the plush.
Goofy comes sitting in the train, poking out of the top of the compartment.
He can also be pulled out as a separate plush.
He’s wearing his blue and white pinstriped vest and hat, and brown shoes.
Will you be taking home this plush? Let us know in the comments.
Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway
Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway opened at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in March 2020, just days before Walt Disney World was forced to close due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It reopened with the rest of the park a few months later.
Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway opened at Disneyland in January 2023, ahead of the rest of the reimagined Mickey’s Toontown. The two versions of the ride are almost identical, but their façades and queues are significantly different.
Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is housed in the classic Chinese Theatre. The gift shop outside, Great Movie Finds, is named after the attraction Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway replaced: The Great Movie Ride.
In the pre-show, guests view some of the “Perfect Picnic” short created for the ride before entering the cartoon itself. They then board a train driven by Goofy, but things go awry when the train cars disconnect. Mickey and Minnie, who were heading to a picnic with Pluto, race after the cars, keeping guests out of harm’s way.

At Disneyland, Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway is in the El CapiTOON Theater with the EngineEar Souvenirs gift shop. Before hopping on the Runnamuck Railroad train, guests pass by a concessions stand and various Mickey animation memorabilia in the Mickey Through the Ears Exhibit. Despite its relative newness, the queue for this attraction has already suffered some damage we previously reported on, as some guests have apparently broken and removed props from the experience.
The Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway queue at Disney’s Hollywood Studios also saw some damage to its wall decals in 2022.
