Last week, we spotted a new shoulder plush that’s perfect for fans of Disney’s “Aladdin.” Guests visiting Walt Disney World can now take “one jump ahead” with a new Abu Shoulder Plush in tow.
Aladdin’s best pal Abu is the latest Disney character to make their debut as a Shoulder plush. The mischievous monkey from the 1992 Disney classic makes the perfect travel companion. We spotted plenty still available at the Disney and Co. shop inside Disney’s Hollywood Studios, but Abu can be found across Walt Disney World, including inside the Emporium at Disney’s Magic Kingdom.
Abu Shoulder Plush – $22.99
A magnetic shoulder plush is a small stuffed animal that is paired with a magnetic plate covered in fabric. When a guest purchases a plush and places it on their shoulder, they can place the included magnetic piece below their shirt to make the character sit still. The plush then appears to perch on a guest’s shoulder as they walk around the park.
Abu’s body is covered in a soft, brown plush. His eyes, nose, and smile are all embroidered.
Of course, Abu is wearing his signature red vest and hat. His tail curls up in the back.
A magnetic base on the bottom of this shoulder plush, and an included magnetic plate, make Abu the perfect companion. Abu could easily sit on your shoulder.
If you’re a big fan of the “Loki” series on Disney +, head over to Keystone Clothiers at Disney’s Hollywood Studios to pick up your very own Alligator Loki Shoulder Plush.

Aulani’s beloved ‘Olu Mel has also been reimagined as a magnetic shoulder plush, appearing at the Polynesian Village Resort, while a “Pinocchio” Jiminy Cricket shoulder plush appeared at Disneyland recently.
