Roundup Rodeo BBQ
Roundup Rodeo BBQ is a new Table Service restaurant in Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios Roundup Rodeo BBQ takes guests on a rootin’ tootin’ dining experience in a new play area: a RODEO arena, created by Andy himself. Andy has taken some of his favorite games and play sets to create the scene with both Western toys and other items coming together to make a bright and colorful mash-up atmosphere.
You’ll dine among “play sets” of a western town and train station while rodeo festivities take place during the meal of All-You-Care-to-Enjoy BBQ fare served family-style! Platters feature house-smoked meats, classic sides, and miniature “sweet surprises,” and you can see the FULL MENU with food photos here.
This is a great spot for folks looking to eat a LOT of different food all for one price. There are plenty of different items to sample on the menu like pork, brisket, chicken, sausage, and so many sides you probably won’t even get to them all!

Energy Bytes
This kiosk — located by TRON Lightcycle / Run in Magic Kingdom — serves up quick bites throughout the day, including breakfast! Morning visitors can look forward to doughnuts and cold brew coffee. The rest of the day features savory options including Digital Dumplings in both Buffalo Chicken and Beef & Broccoli varieties.
Sweets include Strawberry IceOform featuring strawberry ice cream mochi and a frozen Watermelon Refresher. The Strawberry IceOform was the perfect blend of cheesecake and ice cream! The strawberry gel at the bottom offered a nice tang that pairs well with the sweet cheesecake foam. If you don’t enjoy the chewy texture of traditional mochi, you might want to avoid this dish.
When we tried them, these bites were a new and exciting addition to Magic Kingdom and overall pretty tasty!

Rosa Mexicano
Rosa Mexicano is a chain restaurant that has opened its first Orlando-area location at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin! The new restaurant offers “an elevated fiesta dining experience” which includes signature menu items and award-winning margaritas.
The menu at Rosa Mexicano offers a contemporary interpretation of authentic Mexican cuisine which includes beloved classics and innovative dishes that pay tribute to Mexico’s richly varied culinary regions. Over 100 varieties of tequila and agave-based spirits are featured. The restaurant’s signature frozen pomegranate margarita (which was named the best in New York City!) is also available.
When we dined there, we had a really good experience at Rosa Mexicano. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The setting was really great, with those beautiful windows, unique artwork, and upbeat music. Plus the food was good, with the Roasted Chicken Suizas being a real highlight.

BoardWalk Deli
The BoardWalk Bakery at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn Resort was transformed into BoardWalk Deli in 2022, but still serves up some yummy baked goods! Select favorites from BoardWalk Bakery are served at the Deli, including the Brownie Cheesecake, Coconut Macaroon, and the Cookies & Cream Cupcake!
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are offered, and guests enjoy items like house-baked bagels, an “overstuffed warm pastrami Reuben” or a hand-piped cannoli.
The menu isn’t completely unique or groundbreaking, but most of what we ate, we really liked. We highly recommend those bagel sandwiches and the Cinnamon Yummy. Our least favorites were definitely the half-moon cookie, the banana bread, and the underseasoned ciabatta sandwich. We hope to try more of those pastries in the future!

Carousel Coffee
You can find Carousel Coffee at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, located just off the lobby. Coffee (by Joffrey’s!), tea, and pastries are on offer. Keep an eye out for seasonal drinks and unique options like a Dark Cherry Mocha Frozen Blended Coffee (which Disney shares are a flavor staple of “coffee shops, family-owned delis, and ice cream parlors along the shores” in keeping with the BoardWalk’s vintage seaside theme).
As far as the eats, you can grab classic snacks such as the Vintage Mickey & Minnie Sugar Cookie, Banana Bread, Croissants, Muffins, NJ Crumb Cake, Bagels, and a Mickey Brownie up for grabs.
Carousel Coffee is a great option for coffee and snacks just steps outside of EPCOT. While everything we tried was pretty sweet, we did enjoy everything we had (though the sugar cookie wasn’t our favorite!). Give Carousel Coffee a try if you’re staying at the BoardWalk or another nearby resort, or if you find yourself walking on Disney’s BoardWalk.

Salt & Straw
Salt & Straw is scooping up its unique signature ice cream flavors on the West Side of Disney Springs! The family-run business is known for unique flavors of handmade, small-batch ice cream utilizing local, organic, and sustainable ingredients.
The Disney Springs location includes favorites like Honey Lavender and Chocolate Gooey Brownie, along with unique flavors specific to Florida including The Salty Donut Guava & Cheese and Panther Coffee Chocolate Tres Leches. (You can even get a treat for your pup.)

Connections Café and Eatery
Connections Café and Eatery is a brand new fast-casual Quick Service restaurant (and home to Starbucks coffee) in EPCOT’s World Celebration! The Connections Cafe side serves as the NEW home to Starbucks in the park.
At Connections Eatery (the restaurant side), look for dishes inspired by global flavors, including a selection of sandwiches such as a French Bistro Burger, a Mediterranean Burger, and a Banh Mi Burger. Salads include a Niçoise-style Salad and General Tso Chicken Salad.
Craving pizza? You’ll find a Meatball Pizza and even a Curry Spice Pizza, in addition to Pepperoni! Classic Chicken Nuggets and Cheeseburgers are up for grabs on the Kids’ Menu, as well.
The booth seats in Connections Eatery have built-in USB ports and outlets so you can charge your phone while you eat if you have a charging cable on you. BUT there are also tables with wireless charging capabilities — check them out here!

Amare
Inspired by the “tastes and cultures of the Mediterranean region,” Amare is the signature restaurant of the Swan Reserve. The cuisine at Amare focuses on fresh, premium ingredients, seafood, citrus, olive oils, pasta, and pitas. There is also an extensive Mediterranean-based wine list available, including specialized wine flights. You’ll find breakfast, lunch, and dinner here.
Lunch options include salads, flatbreads, and entrees such as grilled line-caught mahi-mahi. Dinner selections feature items like hearth-fired Tiger Prawns and charred octopus, sea bass al cartoccio, and handmade manti dumpling filled with baharat spiced lamb, cauliflower, roasted eggplant, tomato, and yogurt sauce.
We really liked Amare, but we’re not sure if everyone will. This restaurant probably isn’t for everybody, because some of the food items are more on the unique side and may not be the most approachable. If you have picky eaters in your party, this restaurant may not satisfy the whole group, so definitely take that into consideration before making a reservation.

Don’t worry — you’ll have plenty more spots to try on your next trip to Disney World, and more restaurants are on the way, too! Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya will be a table-service restaurant coming to EPCOT this summer, Summer House on the Lake will open in “late 2023” at Disney Springs, and The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers will be coming to Disney’s BoardWalk in 2023.
