The Polite Pig is among the most popular Counter Service restaurants at the Springs, and they just announced an all-new special event — The Polite Experience: Cocktails & Bourbon Pairing Dinner.
This event on June 20th, 2023, is going to be a four-course meal experience. It will cost $100 per guest, plus gratuity. There will be a unique menu for this event with an exclusive lineup of food and cocktail pairings prepared by their talented chefs.
