Previously, Disney announced they will be pulling some content off Disney+ and Hulu going forward. Now a list is out, which includes plenty of original series and films created specifically for these platforms, and will all be unavailable by the month’s end.
According to Deadline, here are some of the titles impacted on Disney+, some of which released as recently as last year.
- The Mysterious Benedict Society
- Big Shot
- Turner & Hooch
- Willow
- The Making Of Willow
- Just Beyond
- The World According To Jeff Goldblum
- The One And Only Ivan
- Timmy Failure
- Be Our Chef
- Magic Camp
- Howard
- Earth To Ned
- Foodtastic
- Stuntman
- Disney Fairy Tale Weddings
- Wolfgang
- It’s a Dog’s Life With Bill Farmer
Included on this list are many original titles, from a 2020 documentary film on songwriter and Disney Legend Howard Ashman to the recently-released “Willow,” which only debuted at the end of November 2022.
Further, many series will also be removed from Hulu, including:
- Pistol
- Dollface
- The Quest
- The Hot Zone
- Y: The Last Man
- Maggie
- Little Demon
- The Premise
- Love In The Time Of Corona
- Everything’s Trash

Per Deadline, these lists are not exhaustive, but Disney is only the latest company to purge content as they refocus streaming towards profitability. In the most recent earnings call, CFO Christine McCarthy said “We are in the process of reviewing the content on our DTC services to align with the strategic changes in our approach to content curation.” The move comes with a content impairment charge of $1.5 billion to $1.8 billion.
