As the tenth “Fast & Furious” movie prepares to hit cinemas, new merchandise promoting the Toretto family and friends has hit the racks at the Custom Gear shop — located at the exit of Fast & Furious: Supercharged in the San Francisco area of Universal Studios Florida.
‘Fast & Furious X’ Tee – $30.00
The “Fast & Furious X” tee is the most simplistic, with the upcoming film’s logo presented on the front amid a plain dark background.
“Fast X” will race onto the big screen next week, on May 19.
F&F Vehicle Collage Tee – $30.00
A bit more complex than the previous design, this tee showcases various vehicles utilized by the Toretto family and friends, including a black 1970 Dodge Charger favored by Vin Disel’s Dominic Toretto himself.
‘Fast & Furious X’ Snapback Hat – $27.00
This snapback hat is adjustable for mostly all sizes and prominently displays “Fast & Furious X” on the front.
Aside from that, it’s fairly simple in design and all black, aside from a verdant underbrim.
‘Born for Speed’ Spirit Jersey – $65.00
The “Born for Speed” spirit jersey has a frayed gray denim look, with its racing mantra emblazoned on the front.
On the reverse, the “Fast & Furious” logo prominently straddles the entire back in black letters and crimson lining.
1967 Die-Cast Chevrolet El Camino Model – $45
A small replica is also joining the line of “Fast X” products: representing a 1967 Chevy El Camino pick-up truck that will be newly featured in the movie. It is die-cast and recommended for ages 8+.
‘The End of the Road Begins’
“Fast X” features an all-star ensemble cast, including Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Jason Momoa, Nathalie Emmanuel, Jordana Brewster, John Cena, Jason Statham, Sung Kang, Alan Ritchson, Daniela Melchior, Scott Eastwood, Helen Mirren, Charlize Theron, Brie Larson, and Rita Moreno.
A few iconic cars recently found their way to the front of the Cinemark in CityWalk at the Universal Orlando Resort.
This film will serve as the penultimate main installment for the franchise, and is likely one of the last to feature several long-running and original cast members. The official Universal Pictures website outlines this adventure in their promotional material:
Over many missions and against impossible odds, Dom Toretto (Vin Diesel) and his family have outsmarted, out-nerved and outdriven every foe in their path. Now, they confront the most lethal opponent they’ve ever faced: A terrifying threat emerging from the shadows of the past who’s fueled by blood revenge, and who is determined to shatter this family and destroy everything—and everyone—that Dom loves, forever.
In 2011’s Fast Five, Dom and his crew took out nefarious Brazilian drug kingpin Hernan Reyes and decapitated his empire on a bridge in Rio De Janeiro. What they didn’t know was that Reyes’ son, Dante (Aquaman’s Jason Momoa), witnessed it all and has spent the last 12 years masterminding a plan to make Dom pay the ultimate price.
