Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
- Rumor has it Imagineers were hard at work on new shows and experiences for the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, and it was set to temporarily close after December for a retooling.
- The final voyage of the Starcruiser has sold out before regular guests could even try to get their hands on it.
New Merchandise
- Several new ear hat Sketchbook ornaments featuring characters from “Raya and the Last Dragon” to Orange Bird and more are now on sale.
- Munchlings-themed candy bars are on sale now at the Emporium.
Other Walt Disney World Resort News
- Walt Disney World Resort was given an award today for its efforts in glass pulverization and other recycling efforts.
- The Reedy Creek Fire Department has reached an agreement for raises and more staffing with the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District.
Disneyland Resort
- Sadly, “Fantasmic!” will remain dark through at least Labor Day.
- As its transformation concludes, the exterior of Jazz Kitchen was lit up today with its new style.
- One of the “Magic Happens” parade units was replicated as a LEGO sculpture for the Disney100 celebration.
Entertainment and Media
- Disney confirmed today that “Harmonious Live!” will indeed be leaving Disney+ next week.
