MAJOR Menu OVERHAUL Revealed for a Disney World Hotel Restaurant

Okay, so here it is — a Disney World hotel restaurant has changed…a LOT.

Chicken enchiladas with fried plantains

We regularly cover menu changes here, and we’re used to seeing some things come and go (like seasonal snacks). One often-forgotten and somewhat underrated spot — Maya Grill at Disney’s Coronado Springs — has pleasantly surprised us during recent visits with its consistently tasty food. However, this restaurant has just overhauled its menu, including removing one of our favorite desserts in all of Disney World. 😱

If you’ve read our reviews, you may have seen us talk about how underrated Maya Grill is. We’ve previously called it a restaurant with some of the BEST Mexican food in all of Disney World, so some of these recent menu changes have really surprised us.
