It was just confirmed that the new Annual Passholder magnet will feature Figment.

In a new video shared on the Disney World Passholders Facebook page, they confirmed that a new Figment Passholder magnet will be coming soon.

A few days ago, they teased the new magnet, but did not confirm that it was Figment. According to the video posted, Figment adds his name in purple and is seen walking away.
